So- my chest has always been a lagging point. I have pictures from last June (1st pic), after a semi-cut in September (2nd pic), and taken the other day impromptu in the gym after a chest workout (3rd)
What does the forum have to say? My bench is stronger than ever- Repped 225 for 8 at the end of my workout yesterday. Thanks for the critique guys, measles til I'm out
