    What do you guys think of abs?

    Are they necessary? Just looks? Any advice?

    I think that as long as you have a flat stomach, you're fine
    but if you have decent size and you don't even have a 4 pack showing, you should cut IMO

    I have love handles, and my abs aren't visible. I do have a flat stomach though. Are they just worth getting?

    As far as looks I could care less. I'd rather have a strong overall body, with some fat covering my stomach, than spend all my time being a skinny phuck. That being said, once you DO have a strong body, there's nothing wrong with cutting down to look your best. But too many teens just want a 6 pack and none of the work to make it look like you lift.

    IMO(A lot of people wont agree) I think they aren't all that important. Kids in my school always act as if abs are amazing and you look awful with out them. A lot of those kids are skinny and way(5'10ish 130). I think being able to lift and increase your weight is most important.

    Do weighted movements for abs. Don't do a ****load of reps for a ****load a sets. Ab pulldowns are my favorite. Abs get hit hard if you are squatting anyway.
