Hello, I'm 16 years old and I've started working out this week after a long break. I'm slim, Not sure of my weight ... Anyways I wanna know how many reps should I do? I usually do 30 (X3) but I think I maybe losing weight but when I do like 10 or 15 reps I don't feel a little pain (my abs are kinda good tho). Should I use weights and do less reps?
