on a label, it usually gives total fat and carbs and gives respective breakdowns of each e.g. saturated, transfat, sugar, fiber etc...
So I'm wondering, for example a serving of Muscle Pharm whey gives you 7g carbs of which contains 2g fiber and 3g sugar. what do the remaining 2g net carbs represent ?
just asking this out of curiosity... thanks
