hey, so i've been getting mad hate from everyone because I drink a lot of water. I take creatine so I try and drink as much as I can on average I probably get anywhere from 10(lowest) to 20(highest) litres of water a day. usually 2 litres every hour at school which adds up to 6 litres then either 2-4 litres at the gym and if I work i get another 4. Anyways i'm 6'2 and 210 lbs so is it bad to have that much water?

2 liters every hour? I drink like 1 liter every hour and have to pee every 15 minutes. How do you do it? :O

Ok I think there's some confusion here I don't drink 20l everyday and I don't get 2 l every hour only when I'm at school and I have 3 period of 1:15 minutes eat so I consume 6.6 litres at school since my bottle is 2.2 litres and then during my workout I get 4.4 litres and at work I drink 4 if you don't believe me then why would people be hating. I do go to the bathroom a lot probably 9-10 in a day which isn't bad. And the weird thing is sometimes my pee isn't even clear
