Hell yes! One hell of a workout. I meant to get videos but was too pissed off and amped up so I couldn't be bothered.
I accidentally got too drunk Saturday night and thought it was gonna screw me up today but I felt great. I had to spend like 30-45 minutes getting loose due to being completely sedentary yesterday due to a hangover. Drank a few beer and felt fine. Then took a few shots of rum and don't remember much after that. This isn't a normal thing so I was pretty disappointed in myself. I'm just happy it didn't mess up today's session.

Jager always seems to not be fun. A group of us did ayce sushi one night, he then proceeded to take down a small bottle of Jager. Sushi didn't stay down and he won't be having sushi again.
Me, a different night a bunch of us were bar hoping in Albany. We get to this bar called Lionheart. I was pretty drunk at this point. Bought everyone and myself a jagerbomb. Don't remember anything after that. That was like 6 months ago the last time before this past Saturday I got really drunk.Instagram: instagram.com/zackfeeney

You've come along ways since the first few logs in terms of strength and mindset. I mainly lurk in here, but definitely looking forward to when we get a session (at the gym and bars, hah) whenever it is that I get my ass up to Albany

Oh man you know it!
Lower
Squat: 4x355
Deadlift: 4x325, 4x340, 2x350
Lying Leg Curls: 115x10,10,10
Standing Calves: 140x10,10,10
Standing Cable Crunch: 115x10,10,10
That 355 for 4 was one hell of a pr. Collapsed on that last rep. Gonna make sure I make fixing that a priority next cycle through this routine. I was so fired up after that PR but sadly the rest of the workout was easy. It did lead to some explosive speed pulls though.

And that beast is out of the way. I'm confident now I could probably pull 500. I got the video I just gotta upload it to YouTube. For those that follow in insta or are friends with me on ******** you've seen the first three reps before the instagram time limit cuts it off. First two reps were quality. Last two my knees locked out before my hips so that needs to be worked on. I lost tension in my hams and glutes and I wasn't consciously thinking about that and more concerned about the pr, Hahah.
Deload and cycling off caffeine. Depressing week ahead, sigh.

Bleh, stim break is killing me. I got a minor headache yesterday but it went away last night. Just feeling fatigued. The fatigue usually takes a few days to disapate.Instagram: instagram.com/zackfeeney

All I focused on during the challenge was bite and swallow. Definitely not gonna come close to your time. It would take some serious practice.
Only a week off stims. Sorry to say I'm addicted. I'm good with a week though. The first two or three days are rough and then it's smooth sailing. A week is all I really need to get caffeine giving me a boost again. Usually I take a week off every 8 weeks and it keeps my adrenals fresh.
In on day 4 myself. Deloading plus a stim break makes it feel like an eternity though.

Last deload workout. Heavy legs on Monday. I can't wait. These workouts always feel harder than the actual workouts. It's a mix of just working at a faster pace and lack of motivation.Instagram: instagram.com/zackfeeney

I've never tried a non stim pre unless you count Cellucor beta bcaa because I know some consider a non-stim.
I hear you. Feeling euphoric today.
Lower
Squats: 310x6,6,6,6
Deadlifts: 410x6,6
Single Leg Press: 1ppsx12,12,12/leg
Calf Press: 1ppsx12,12,12
Standing Cable Crunch: 115x12,12,12
So good to be back! Squats were great today. I wasn't really grinding at all. I changed up my setup some too. I was much more conscious of my breathing and staying upright and these were explosive as hell. It was harder on the lungs though because of the extra I was taking to make sure I was getting a good breath of air in my belly.
Leg Press and Calves were done slow, paused and super explosive. Really deep burn, and superseded with no rest in between legs/exercises.
Job related I'm two months into the new job and I ranked 3rd in all of Upstate New York in sales. I'm gonna be seeing a fat check because of it at the end of July. And I definitely need it.
NASM wise, I took the practice exam Saturday and I know I owned that shhh. Gonna get my cpr/aed next, take the test and go from there. As a result I'm gonna put some serious effort into my old page TrainingFuel so if you haven't yet like it up on ********.

Doing work in here lately Zack! Great squatting and deadlifting numbers, and it sounds like things in your personal life are going well (minus the stim break, hah). Always good to hear.

Yeah I meant cor bcaa. And I will have to do just that. I heard Hemavol tastes great as well. I love pumps. I gotta make these arms look bigger any way possible.
Stim break sucked, I'm glad to be able to enjoy a coffee or diet soda again. Thanks again Charlie.Instagram: instagram.com/zackfeeney
