Go buy a Stuffz.. then buy some beef, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Make yourself a stuffed burger with bacon/cheese inside.. then grill it with some sweet potato. Then take a yellow squash.. cut it into thin slices and grill that with italian dressing, along with some asparagus.. You're welcome

I wish I could do that. Some foods screw with my heart(high sodium), TOO MUCH saturated fat screws with my blood profile. I think my Doctor mentioned I have the genetics for hypercholesterolimia. If I eat too much cholesterol it effects my lipid profile. Along with a bunch of other things. Still I advocate moderation not eradication.

Vegeta,
As a means to break up monotony, it's always good to see what other folks are eating--but remember, so you don't drive yourself insane with questions like "why am I not getting lean enough, or lean enough in the right areas," just because a person with low body fat eats one, two, or three specific kinds of food, doesn't mean you'll achieve the same result. Genetics, caloric deficit, time, and dedication (to name a few) are huge factors."A lot of people b*tch (a lot) about having to restrict their food intake. It's no fun but that's the price you pay: you can either suck it up or stay fat." - Lyle McDonald

I consume a lot of chicken stir fry (chicken/veggies/rice), chobani greek yogurt, tuna (sandwich or salad), chipotle, subway, turkey + veggies/rice, ground beef + pasta or turkey and pasta, salads. Pretty basic diet man.
