    10 Percent Bodyfat people what are you eating?

    I need diet ideas for meals IF you want post what you eat to stay or got you to 10% bodyfat.

    Snack on carrots, cucumber, pickles, fat free green yogurt, turkey slices, hard boiled eggs/omelette...

    But just stay in a deficit and hit you're daily amounts of protein/fat. There's no specific foods.

    Go buy a Stuffz.. then buy some beef, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Make yourself a stuffed burger with bacon/cheese inside.. then grill it with some sweet potato. Then take a yellow squash.. cut it into thin slices and grill that with italian dressing, along with some asparagus.. You're welcome

    I wish I could do that. Some foods screw with my heart(high sodium), TOO MUCH saturated fat screws with my blood profile. I think my Doctor mentioned I have the genetics for hypercholesterolimia. If I eat too much cholesterol it effects my lipid profile. Along with a bunch of other things. Still I advocate moderation not eradication.

    As a means to break up monotony, it's always good to see what other folks are eating--but remember, so you don't drive yourself insane with questions like "why am I not getting lean enough, or lean enough in the right areas," just because a person with low body fat eats one, two, or three specific kinds of food, doesn't mean you'll achieve the same result. Genetics, caloric deficit, time, and dedication (to name a few) are huge factors.

    Im about 10% and cutting for dat der summer bod, the only thing i consistently eat is taco bell. Seriously 4-5 times a week for lunch. I had the taco bell breakfast this morning, pretty good might have to work that in a couple times a week too.

    Of course. My only intention in creating this thread was to get more food ideas. I found out a long time ago that whatever one dude does doesnt mean it will work for me.

    I consume a lot of chicken stir fry (chicken/veggies/rice), chobani greek yogurt, tuna (sandwich or salad), chipotle, subway, turkey + veggies/rice, ground beef + pasta or turkey and pasta, salads. Pretty basic diet man.

    I have hypercholesterolemia and I could eat grass and sunshine and still have high cholesterol. Don't sweat it too much, its not associated with earlier mortality unless you are overweight/out of shape.
    Obsession is a term the lazy use to describe the dedicated.
