Have i got bigger in the last 4 months/Pictures

    Hello,

Im 15 and i know i'm still small and that i look younger but everyone starts somewhere.

I have been training for about 3 months at home with dumbbells and a bench with a barbell. Are there any results? I'm bulking btw and am putting on about 1lb a week.

Do you think i Have put on some mass or not?

You answered your own question I don't know why you needed to post here. If you are gaining weight than you are getting bigger.

K bro... listen up. When you take progress pics make sure you are doing the exact same pose, standing the same distance, similar lighting and same angle. Otherwise it is pointless. You are only 15 and will see gains pretty quick during this period of puberty.. keep gaining training knowledge and taking diet as serious as you possibly can.

you look the same. you need to be eating more. at 15 your still growing like a banshee and need to eat way more than what you think is a lot. and a pound a week would be somewhere around 15 pounds which at first will seem like it went no where so just keep at it. i wouldnt expect too much in 3 months. check back in 6 months and youll see a difference
