I'm 5'11 192 18-19 %bf and cutting to 170 at about 1700 cals a day and I always wanted to look like him should I do hiit or work my legs at all?

Honestly this is the most ridiculous question ever.
Get on a program proven program (one that youre in the gym and doing work basically), eat plenty or atleast get your protein in for the days. (0.8g minumum per pound of bodyweight, more if cutting) and just lift heavy, hard and frequently. you can worry about getting shredded once you have muscle to show.
and yes, lift legs. Would you build a house on stilts? Good luck with the physique brah.
ALSO GET A VERY DARK TAN.

270 bench
575 deadlift (canadian record)
weighing around 190!

This is my plan I have been on for about 4 weeks with good results but point out flaws if u like
Monday- (15-20 morning run) shoulders back
Tues- hiit
Wed- (15-20 morning run) chest triceps
Thurs- legs biceps
Fri- (15-20 morning run) shoulders back
Saturday- Chest triceps
Edit. Been very slowly bulking for 2 years now and built some muscle

You don't want to do leg day twice a week cause it hurts. If you're going to hit upper body twice a week, hit legs at least twice a week too. Reject the advice if you want but i'm telling you it's foolish. Besides that, you can't build muscle into a specific physique, you either build muscle or don't. No routine will give you different shapes and sizes.

I still don't understand why everybody is stuck on this "week" thing. Hit a body part, let it rest a few days then hit it again. Nobody said we absolutely need to follow our mad made way of measuring time. And to look like him, muscle building drugs and lift for years and years. Prolly ain't gonna happen
