    muscle up progression...need help

    Hey guys, I have been trying really hard to be able to do a muscle up and
    It's driving me crazy. I have been doing calisthenics for four months now
    and went from 14 to 30 pullups. I also have been working on dips but I
    Don't know how many I can do. Any advice?

    as much as i hate to give it any credt, look up kipping pull-ups and those can help build the momentum to get up and over the bar
