Hi! I am looking to stop the evening cravings. I am tracking my macros GREAT during the day...and then night time it all goes down the drain and I snack uncontrollably. It is a habit I cannot break, unfortunately...I've tried and it just isnt happening. I am looking for something that wont keep me up all night and will sustain me until I go to sleep so that I dont overdose on sweets at night time. I've read a little bit about rasberry ketones and would like other opinions. Thanks!!

Shifting a little bit of the days macros to times we are hungriest is a way many of us get by dieting.

1.) Raspberry Ketones are worthless, IMO. (Yes, I tried them way back before I educated myself.)
2.) Saying you cannot break old snacking habits is an excuse. If I can due it, you can. Up until last year, I was that guy that could sit and eat a whole bag of Oreos with a 32 oz glass of milk in one sitting. It takes will power and dedication. Get some!
3.) As suggested, try IF. It really helped me get things under control in the beginning. I still use it from time to time. It's no magic bullet, just a different eating schedule, but it is useful when used for the right reason and situation.Beginning Weight (1/13/2013)- 245

Are you snacking at night because you are hungry or it is a habit?
If is a habit, you need to break the habit - plain and simple, and that takes will power. I used to struggle with evening snacking as well back in the day. Two things helped me.
One - keep the snack food out of the house. If it is not there, you can't eat it. Willpower in the grocery store to not buy things is easier that will power at night in your home.
Two - adopt the 30 second rule. Before you eat anything that is not part of a planned meal, wait 30 seconds before doing so and then ask yourself again if you still want to eat it. While it seems simple, it is a surprisingly effective trick. You will be surprised at how much this type of eating is habitual and circumvents the general thought processes. It is almost like you are on autopilot. Taking that short break before actually eating something helps circumvent this autopilot.
