Nutritional Protocols
There isn't really anything impressive about my daily menus but I promise you it has always been the key to me obtaining the physique that I desire.
The goal is to always incorporate some form of non-starchy vegetable with each meal. My favorite form of protein is fish but I also consume other
forms of lean protein mainly turkey or chicken and occasionally beef. Healthy fats, fruits and starchy form of carbohydrates are on the menu but

Training
During this cycle I will be weight training six days per week each session will be approximately an hour. (rotating schedule)
