I was in a discount vitamin shop yesterday picking up something for my joints. There was another dude there, probably 10 years younger than I was buying some kind of pre workout powder. He was going on about how good the sh!t was. After he left I was telling the guy at the counter that I have tried stims and just couldn't handle them. He told me about this HemaVol and said it was a non stimulant, was his best seller and he used it himself. Now, I'm not much of a supplement junkie. I use the cheapest creatine mono I can find, fish oil and whey protein when needed.

I took one scoop of this 30 minutes before my workout (decided to do a full body to test it out). All I can say is wow! I breezed through it like a mad man, and the freaking pumps were insane. I used to take Citruline Malate years ago, and felt that the HemAvol was under dosed, so I ordered some from here last night to add to it. I'm never training without this stuff again!

Thanks. I didn't even notice which flavor I picked up, but it was the Watermelon. Mixed in about 20 ounces of water. Very good. I also ordered some Potassium Nitrate. Gonna try it out and see how it goes.

You won't be disappointed. I have used some non stim pre workouts in the past from reputable companies, but Hemavol is far and away the best.

Add Hemavol to a low stim pre-workout and it is AMAZING! It is great by itself and just amplifies your workout when you add stims in.
