Think i might have LSA, stomach gurgles a lot even when just drinking water, burp more than usual, feel bloated easily (though this is inconsistent), seem to have problems digesting fiber and somehow when using a preworkout feel better, perhaps due to the caffeine (in moderate amounts, too much and it wrecks me). Anything to help balance the stomach acid? read betaine hcl might help but not sure if there's something else you can eat or take to help. Working on finding the root of the issue as well (if it's diet related). Yes ill go to the doc when i get a chance.

Nope i said i took the PPI and more or less helped deal with all the caffeine i was taking daily which was wrecking my stomach, but now that caffeine isn't the issue, perhaps the PPI left me with LSA cause i used it for too long or summin(?), presenting a new array of symptoms. Yes i know i shouldn't do this, but can't go to the doc ATM.

But he'll probably want to stick camera tubes up both ends to see my insides
I hear ya and i will if all else fails, it's just that the issues seem to flare randomly, drives me crazy lol plus doc will prolly tell me to drop everything and don't eat so much protein ugh etc when i feel this might be fixable.

I must sound like those OPs that never listen to the advice and make multiple threads about it lol, I'll certainly see a specialist when possible, don't have the cash rite now.
Think i might have find the trigger this time! ( i hope), like i said i've been having problems fully digesting fiber/grains and i've eaten a lot of it for carbs lately. Today i've skipped most wheat/oats carbs and feel a lot better. I'm not gonna assume i'm celiac or other autoimmune disease, perhaps i just need to reduce the amounts coming from those sources, idk guess i'll have to try and see, but so far i'm better, let's see how long it lasts lol. Thanks coop and everyone above for chiming in.

You should have mentioned the carb issue to begin with! What is your ethnicity/country of descent? And continue cutting out gluten and see if symptoms resolve. If you wanna rule out a basic carb bloat, oats are fairly safe in celiac so see if your usual carb intake, all in the form of oats, still bloats you. Once you see a physician, they can do an anti-tTg IgA antibody test to rule it in our out (or DQ2/8 just to rule it out)

lol thought it was related to the stomach acid at first, thus the problem digesting fiber/grains completely on the way out . I'm latin, can usually eat everything, hot peppers, spices etc. until i became highly lactose introlerant and seem to have problems with grains now. I've always had slight issues with high amounts of oats, could eat only certain amounts, nothing like i've been experiencing now though.
