So I just bought a different brand of tuna and realized that I have been getting 4oz of actual tuna per can instead of 5oz. The net weight includes water and I have been having phantom proteins in my diet....=/ The can was unclear so I figured they didn't include the water in the net weight.
Just a heads up guys

You tuna lovers do some googling about tuna and mercury, you shouldn't eat so much of it if you don't want health problems after a few years!

Wow, you're a huge dick aren't you.
He may be 40-50 years old, a lot of people out of your age and mine browse here and posts here and may call you "kid" or "sonny", it's not out of the norm that it happens.
And you maybe are getting more than enough protein anyway, you do know that studies have said that 0.6-0.8g of protein per lb of bw was more than enough to retain muscle mass.
Relax, no one's here to put you less of what you think you are.

I don't even know where to begin. "some" days 5 cans, I'm glad you all can read.
240 g protein a day for me, your "study" sounds like bs and most likely conducted on non active 55 year old men, and there really is something to be said for if you know what you're talking about-then you'll look like you do...a fat personal trainer is probably going to be broke.
Great value tuna is not labeled very clearly and was ambiguous as to the amount of tuna vs water contained in the can. I tried to give you guys a heads up, but apparently you'd rather make a mockery of it.
