Hey guys, I posted yesterday a whole story about my situation and how I went through it. It got deleted because of some rules (didn't know) If you have any questions or would like to hear the story please DM me.
Anyway, had mild gyno for bout a year now and now kaiser is removing both glands and doing a little liposuction.
This is my first week back in the gym, trying to get as tight as possible before the surgery which is May 2nd.
I could never ask to be any happier and I strongly suggest you have your insurance try to cover you.
If you've experienced gyno, or currently have it, I know how painful it can be and how it ruined my life for some time.
I'm very thankful to be alive and well, I'm extremely thankful this surgery.
Hope you guys have a great upcoming weekend!

Not sure why you posted that in the supplement section last night or why you're posting it again in this section without the drug history.
If you're not satisfied with your body and need surgery, that's fine and more power to you if it makes you feel better. Just don't understand the point of your threads.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Maybe it got deleted since the mods thought they were women's breasts. I use Kaiser too.

Good luck. Had a friend who had that done and healing took longer than usual. So he couldn't do any benching for like 3 weeks. That's not the case with everyone, so I hope you heal quickly.

I told my doctor, (who wanted to do nothing) I requested to see specialist in the surgery and plastic department, he said okay and set up the appointment.
The surgeon felt my pain, I told him flat out it hurts to touch, it hurts, hurts my life and my everyday activities includin working, not just pain but emotionally depressing, I told him it hurt my heart. I hate this so much I even teared up a lot. He got the point. He is very understanding and well knowledgeable. Don't say you've taken gear recently or anything

That is not long. Most surgeons say no benching for 6 weeks; ive met with several of the top surgeons in NYC who do many ifbb pros; paying an arm and leg for it, but im not going to risk it by going with a cheaper doc which it can perm ruin my appearance with an inverted nipple or creases. Most people are out of the gym for 3 weeks completely.
