still much stronger than me.. mirin.. just drop the weight a bit and make sure you aren't using your thighs.. Nice work mane

Your hitch is powerful as fuark lol. Too bad it means your glutes and hip drive is prob crappy. Try doing some sumos to warm up, don't hitch just think of chest coming up and hips driving up into the bar rather than thighs. Sumos will put you right into hip drive mode and you will feel DOMS in your glutes, hammies, and quads better.
