pain is definitely more pronounced when I bench than OHP, and its on the top of the shoulder.
I don't know this feel. I wake up every 2 hours to make sure I take in protein.
tfw I'm never gonna get shredded because the person I live with gets tired of me dieting and we fight over it. fuark.

My wife is killing it lately. She's been lifting more and running less because her knees are shot (5 total surgeries I think). Motivating me to hit macros.
She's trying to repair her metabolism which I think she destroyed throughout her 20s on daily meal plan that basically consisted of tuna, lettuce, and an occasional apple.
She's like 5'2" although she claims taller lol, and 120lbs. I lowered her protein and started the rehab project at 50f/200c/100p. She lost .18 from week to week average. Added 25 carbs. She gained only .05 to weekly average. So I had her add another 25 today.
Does this sound like a decent plan and results so far? I have no experience with this. I just cut until I'm happy then generally yolo it up until I'm fat and miserable, then repeat.*SCC*

Okay, tried to check maintenance level calories @ 150 pounds. Apparently, I do not maintain weight @ 1500 cals, I end up gaining about a pound the next day. Is there something wrong with me?

lol. I guess, now that I think about it, I'm around 800 mg per day s well with EC stack and coffee. Remember when we had that caffeine fight in here? I still think that it's not bad spread out over time. I think you can get into trouble ingesting a lot at one time.*LF Chat Crew

Yeah that plus I'm just addicted to caffeine regardless.
I know. There are legit benefits to using the oil for cooking or as moisturizer though. I shaved with it once even and it worked well for that (although wouldn't do that reguarly if you don't want to smell like a coconut all day).You rock a piss, I'm gonna rock some Mitchell
