Short answer to both questions: do whatever the fuk you wanna do (as long as you're doing something).
Srs.
As long as you have your calories in check, you can maintain your current routine and the weight will come off. You may find adding in cardio, if you don't already, may be beneficial, but it isn't entirely necessary.

Ive basically been accidently doing IF since cutting
Wake up at 5am, go back to sleep at 8am, then wake up and eat finally again at noon. Dunno if it technically counts as me doing IF. I also eat in a 6-7 hour window. My only problem is ever since doing this I only take a chit once every day or two... ive even been drinking metamucil for more fibre.
Btw what do you brahs think of starting to take creatine while im on my cut? Ive been off creatine for like 5 months, thinking of trying it again. A lot of ppl are against it because of water retention during a cut tho.High test crew

Been seriously tracking calories for 5 1/2 weeks, based on a 3,500 cal/pound, should be down 5lbs now.
Seems like I've been cutting forever and yet I have at least another 5lbs (maybe 10lbs) before I hit goal of perceived 12%. Hold me brahs, it's getting tougher particularly as my strength bottoms and it's hard to see any improvement.

Late but in.
Thanks brah, about to get pissening
If I ever am OP I'll have it in the title somewhere.
I really do think I can get my card though. I'm the perfect build for the middleweight class, just stay right around 176 (class max weight) and continue to get leaner and more dense. Bring up a few areas like chest. It won't be tomorrow but maybe in the next year hopefully. Not going to gain a bunch of bodyfat after the shows. Will forever be lean year round crew.*SCC*

Hypothetical question, say one is extremely skinny and still doesn't have a six pack(lack of development). Say you do some effective ab exercises. How long will it take for the abs to pop out?

Yeah thats what ive noticed about IF, my chit schedule is phucked. I usually chug a couple liters of water and I chit like crazy. haha
No creatine for me right now, I feel a dip in my strength from not taking it. But it shouldnt matter as long as your water intake is substantial.

GOOD MORNING SCC!
..and another fine day it will be!.
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.
