heres a little bit of progress. abs cuts are definitely deeper, not as much lower back fat. but i still gotta get to the doctors and get that gyno fixed. that lump under my nipple isnt going away lol.

Hit another new low this morning on the scale which I attribute mostly to switching to low carb but still feels good man...200.6 this morning! Carb up today and tomorrow above maintenance. Yussss.

After being sick all weak n dropping a lot of water weight, weighed in this morning at a new low of 210 lbs! Went in the gym n looked pretty lean, so can't complain!

Now to celebrate, off to the Chinese buffet for lunch...been like 4 weeks since I've last gone, so disgonbegud!

yeah i know i am, its just im eating really clean right now and drinking/pissing alot. normally i eat fast food alot so in that case my weight fluctuates by 5-10lbs on a daily basis just cuz of water
