Suns out, winters finally over.
Rest day today. Going to spend the day outside, do some yardio and enjoy the warm weather.
192 this morning. Weights been dropping steadily.

After being sick all weak n dropping a lot of water weight, weighed in this morning at a new low of 210 lbs! Went in the gym n looked pretty lean, so can't complain!
