Strong pubes lol, lower ur cals by 100 and add in an extra day of cardio, with yohimbine you will hold a lot of water, u just need to be patient man, it will come off eventually, good work so far tho man don't get discouraged!

anyone gain strength on a cut? trying to finally get that 405 squat and 500 deadlift, feel like it is so close but my 2 month cut is starting soon, hope i don't lose any strength going from 200 to 180

Ok mr shredded.. Why dont u post ur progress pics already if u didnt cheat for the past month and hit macros perfectly for few months. If i post what u post id be shredded to 6%bf by now. And if u were in my situation u wouldnt give 2 ****s about cutting bulking or dead lifting

Bro in November I ate 3 pies... Or 2 atleast 3 times a week. I'm checking myfitnesspal.. Only thing I did was that I was doing cardio with yohimbine in the morning. But it's weird. Maybe I've had a long thing of squishy fat and the whoosh is coming? The squishy fat is nothing new but in November it was vey little at one point and that extra fat on my lower stomach was gone!
Anyway, I ate 2500 today to be dxact. Did cardio this morning and now did 450 cals at night.. Should be down to about 1900 net or so

Yeah bro. I wanna be lean, I was 230lbs 2-3 year ago. I look relatively lean but I want that cut six pack body for this summer. If I bulk now I'll look bad this summer. I'm closer to my lean six pack body for this summer and than will lean bulk at 3100 cals for 7-8 months. I gain mass easily as Fuk but lose it twice as fast lmao. I always stop lifting while cutting and it sucks. I feel like it isn't the same as when bulking and now with this injury and have been getting tattooed these last months. I've had to take atleast 4-6 weeks in total off anyway.

If I had regular fat that wasn't loose and squishy I wouldn't have a problem with my body fat.. I'd be bulking tbh. But the fact that my stomach looks terrible because of that layer of fat that looks loose and bad it's making me have to get lean as hell. This last bit of fat makes you look worse (when at 12% or so) than when at like 14 imo
