Lol, applecat is right that I have a spreadsheet. Update it every morning at work. I also have one for my wife. I sent it to her in an email so she would have it. Her response was, "can't I just text you my weight every morning and you do it?" So I feel your pain.

Dr tor**** you don't have to calculate trends at all. Excel will do it for you. One thing I have added before is a hidden column with a "goal" weight for every day. 1.5lbs per week is like .22 per day or whatever, so just put your starting weight in row one, then next one down would be =A1-.22 or whatever. Copy down to your end date and include in chart. Gives you a nice reference line to see if you are above or below your desired pace over time.

All the shows I've done and been to had admission prices. $20 is cheap.
It usually covers the rental of the property, insurance, clean up etc.
