It's been difficult to dial in. I went with a finer grind like you recommended but the draw down time seemed to take forever and the look of the grind was mud after water had run through it. I dialed back a tad and it was better. I have had some Ethiopia based coffee in the past with similar but fewer fruit tasting notes from Static and it was awesome. This one is great, but seems a little busy by trying to be too complex in taste. Not trying to throw shade at all.

I tried nitro coffee a week ago and am addicted now. I can down a scoop of Hyde pre workout and have fallen asleep but for some reason one can of the Nitro coffee I'm full of energy. Not sure why but my pupils turn to pinholes though. If I didnt know any better I'd think there was some other substance in it... lol

Nah, no problem man. So stick with your original grind and play with temps there. I brew it, like most people, in my drip machine, and it's fantastic at the 200-205 the technivorm brews at. The trendy peeps are all over Perger's 'I brew with boiling water all the time', but I'm not sold on that. Try cooler.
The problem is light roasts are trendy, so roasters think it's as simple as roasting it less. A good light roast is sweet, loads of origin flavors, less roast flavors, and good acidity (but not sour, that blows). I brew em as espresso and drip, primarily.
I have a real problem with this trend where it, and espresso, converge. So many LA '3rd wave' joints serving lemon bombs, and thinking they nailed it. It ****ing sucks.
Try my stuff, you might love it.~ Roast Master, Resident Coffee Warlock~

This.
My wife got me a decently nice delongi espresso maker for christmas. Coincidentally she also got me a minipresso GR.
The delongi is made well, supposed to be "perfect temp" but it's WAY TO FUKKIN hot to drink/enjoy and honesty doesn't taste great. I can use the same exact coffee, same exact grind, and use the minipresso gr with water that just came off the boil. Through the process of pumping manually and with time alone it obviously loses temp. I can tell you though, with the minipresso GR the taste is amazing. The temp is perfect being warm/hot but not boiling, you can actually enjoy immediately.
I'm also not a fan of boiling hot coffee.~*\_Beard Brah_/*~

tried Gevalia house blend medium over last week (https://www.amazon.com/GEVALIA-House.../dp/B00MS95U74)
imo nothing special, ok taste but lacks the kick, its good if you have upset stomach as its not bitter and its kinda easy on the acid side.I always tell the truth, even when I lie.
