Ill probably change a few things.....I like my gear sector single point sling, but I def prefer a 2 point sling for the majority of uses. The "sample" "training use only" BCM charging handle did fine during use. After shooting it and the Jack carbine back to back...I will be ordering an ALG ACT trigger and the BCM MOD 1 compensator.

Will definitely start counting calories. The only reason I decided to change the rep range is because I thought more reps is better for building size. Like I said, could just be bro-science thinking. I know I was fuking tired after my workout today though.

High reps and lots of volume are great for building size, but you cannot build size on a cut.


Unless you are new to lifting or on tech you can only pick one option for gaining/losing.

Lose fat and maintain muscle mass on a cut.

Gain muscle muscle while minimizing fat gain on a bulk.



There are two other non tech options, but I don't recommend them.

Dreamer bulking.
Starvation Cut.

You forget that the majority of the military is made up of pogs.

Even if the infantry units had their weapons and ammo readily available then what? You're going to have tons of different units moving around with weapons to find a guy with a gun? It's a nightmare.

I'm not saying the servicemen should be disarmed by any means, nor am I saying no one being armed is better but it's a lot more complicated than it seems. Concealed carry would be much better but even then it's still going to be a nightmare.

I think guys being able to have a chance to take down an active shooter is better than them being unarmed and having to find cover while the fuking nutcase is free to roam around and do as he pleases. Out of a base full of soldiers, one would be able to take the scum out before he injures or kills 15+ people or whatever the number is that this fuker did.

I've been doing a 1 1/4 mile run (walking trail at my local park) after my workouts when the weather is right. Will prob up it to 2 1/2 miles soon. Won't do anymore than that though.

If you want changes in rep range, do the Arnold blueprint on the BB.com home page. Your muscles will be confused as fuk. Follow it day by day. My strength has improved a lot after just 30 days.
