-21 years old, at 5'8 and around 145 lbs, trying to build
-Been lifting for several months, focusing power-specific. The goal is strength!
-In college and working hard, failing hard at tracking macros, and having too much sodium

Another ProMera log for the beautiful Asian.
Mei... those D/L's and Squats are looking IMPRESSIVE AS HELL. You've really made some progress since the War on Gainz logs.
Form is near perfect, and have to give you props going for the heavy reps with no spotter, watching turned into a suspense movie for me.

My quick 'n' dirty introduction:
Here is me, rockin' my paleness.
- 24 years old, at 5'10" and around 154 lbs, trying to cut
- Been lifting for two years, just recently signed on for a Bikini Competition in October.
- The goal is to not make the audience wonder why I'm on stage!
- Working full time, and taking the term "cheat meal" to a whole new level
- Incredibly awkward in person
