Great looking work. Keeping a log of your workouts do help so you can look back on what you've done along with progress.April 3rd Workout - Chest/Back
Lat Pulldowns
4 sets of 12 @ 85 lbs
Arnold Barbell Row
4 sets of 12 @ 45 lbs
Low Cable Row
4 sets of 15 @ 50 lbs
Hyper extension
4 sets of 15 w/ 35 lbs
Incline Dumbbell Chest Press
2 sets of 15 @ 60 lbs
2 sets of 12 @ 60 lbs
superset with
Incline Chest Flys
2 sets of 15 @ 15 lbs
2 sets of 12 @ 15 lbs
Notes: I mixed Women's Elite and Capsi Blast with my BCAA's this morning and while it was delicious, the fruit punch BCAAs over powered the mandarin kick of the Promera supps! Unacceptable. I upped my Lat Pulldowns and my Arnold Row this week, and remembered why I hate working out in the evenings (too crowded).

April 4th Workout - Legs
Lying Leg-Press on Smith Machine
4 sets of 15 @ 180 lbs
Leg Curl
2 sets of 15 @ 105
2 sets of 15 @ 115 lbs
Donkey Kicks (using the lying leg curl machine)
4 sets of 20 (10 per leg) @ 100 lbs
Single Leg Leg-Press
4 sets of 20 (10 per leg) @ I don't remember! Level 9 - no idea how much weight that was
Notes: Okay, this is starting to become a trend. I upped my Lying Leg Press by 40 lbs, and my Leg Curls and didn't notice. I'm kinda amazed every time I come to log, copy/paste last weeks workout, and realize I have to up the numbers on so many things. What?!
I've taken to sipping Gluta-Blast during my workout, and mixing a little bit with my after-workout BCAA's. Yummy. The burn is growing on me. I haven't weighed myself yet to see if I'm affected by the creatine, but I'll be stepping on the dreaded scale tomorrow morning.
Headed to the gym after work for some cardio; happy Friday, everyone! I sure know how to have an epic kick-off to the weekend, no?
Also I've realized I need to post more pictures. Here's a GIANT picture of my hand with a box of Quest Bars. Enjoy!

I usually get most things .... but this one I'm kind of Is "GIANT hand on a box of Quest Bars" secret code for something??? Dang, I'm slipping
Hey Annie!!! 60lb DBs on Incline Presses?!!!! Wowzers ... that's beast lifting right there!
I'm going to hit legs today and I hope to do those lateral leg presses on the Smith ........ mainly because people are either looking at me wondering what the hellz I'm doing or they're looking because there's a straight shot of my bunz in the full length mirror by the Smith

Awesome work Annie! Haha I think the Quest Bar picture is lovely! Good choice in flavor
Hiya Swooshie!!
Deads and fronts except I derped hard on DL again, whoops
Front squat
Bar and 95 wu
140x1
160x1
170x1...PR
DL
210x1 (x12)
So these were suppose to be x15 but I remembered previous weight/reps incorrectly and it just didn't compute for x15 so I ended up stopping after x12. Oops.
SLDL
160x6 (x3)
Good mornings
65x12 (x3)
Calves
x20 (x3)
X band walks
A lot of them
Notes
-Lol, I knew I was in trouble after like rep 5 of deads when they were going at glacial speed. Then it occurred to me that I had probably planned incorrectly, but by then I was already committed to that weight, so I just cranked out what I could. Not the best reps towards the end, but I'll for sure remember for next time.
-Happy about front squat.Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=158655833

Thank you all! Haha the only girl who was actually training was my friend you see there doing cleans. The others just walked in to use the bathroom.
Aux day
DB bench
25s x15
30s x15
30s x15
Pull ups
Oof, I could barely do these today. Squeezed out a few, but I'd nearly ripped my callouses off my hands from deads yesterday and I was having issues gripping, yeah I know, being a sissy
DB side lat raises
15s x12 (x5)
DB front raises
15s x12 (x3)
DB OHP standing
12.5s x12 (x3)
Felt too easy but 15s are a bit too hard?
BB rows alternating close and wide grip
65x10 (x3 for each)
Hammer curls | Tri ext
x12 (x3) x12 (x3)
That is all!
Oh, and I hear we need a starting pic? Here it is:

April 7th Workout - Legs
Vertical Leg-Press
4 sets of 18 @ 180 lbs
superset with
Glute Bridges
4 sets of 15 @ 35 lbs
Smith Machine Lunges
4 sets of 20 (10 per leg) @ 70 lbs
superset with
Jumping Squats
4 sets of 15

superset with
Walking Lunges
4 sets of 20 @ 60 lbs
Glute Cable Kickback
4 sets of 30 (15 per leg) @ 40 lbs
Notes: Not the best workout; I got a late start and didn't start my workout until 20 minutes after I usually do. Oooops...
Stacked all three supps today, but I don't think even Red Bull or coffee could energize me after the bout of insomnia I had!Pictures of my cat (and my fat loss log) can be found at: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=170164831&p=1419715931

Agreed, work is work. Sometimes timing gets in the way.
Squats 5x3
X band walks
For back and forth the floor, to warm up
Squat comp
Bar, 135 wu
165x3
165x3
165x3
175x3
175x3 oops short stroked last one here
Squat ATG style
135x6 (x3)
SLDL
135x6 (x3)
Hips ab and ad
60x15 (x3) each
Notes
-Kept the weight lower than planned just because 165 was feeling hard enough. Even 135 ATGs were feeling difficult. For some reason everything was moving super slow and couldn't power out of the hole very efficiently. I think partially because I'm still achey from deads on Saturday...SI joint area still killing in the hole.
-Did get different shots of squats though from the back. Tried to "spread my foot." Looks like my left side likes to rise faster than my right side thus causing knee cave on the right side. Or is it vice versa, the knee cave causing the rising hip?Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=158655833

Agree with everyone else Mei. Your before pic would be most people's desired "after" pic. Lady is strong and fit. You seem to be doing every form of Deadlifts these days.
Strong leg and core work Annie.

as addressed before, no big deal. learn and move on.
the body pushes to the weaker side. it's also causing the roll in your feet that i previously thought was an inward roll. turns out one is inward one is outward. no worriesThe dumber people think you are, the more surprised they're going to be when you kill them. - William Clayton
