    Please answer my Cutting for reps

    180 about 14%bf
    6'1"
    Im planning on cutting for track and field which is @ the end of may. I wanted to cut to 9-10% bf, how much weigh should i lose to get me around that ball park???... it will be a slow steady cut..no rush. Thanks in advance

    Assuming only fat loss, 10% body fat for you would be 172 lbs. However, you'll probably lose some water weight, so that number will be a few pounds lower.
