Current weight: 85kg/187lb (Morning) 88kg/194lb (Afternoon)
Re-feed day every 6 days: Up to 2800-3000 calories (Increase Carbs to match) - Usually fit in a cheat meal aswell this day.
Training:
Boxing 5x week (Morning)
3-4km Jog 5x week (Morning - Run to boxing)
Weight Training 5x week (Circuit Based/Bodyweight)
Weekends Off: Calories down to 1900-2000 depending on how I feel
P.S I do train legs but couldnt be bothered taking photos of them, I'll have photos for them in next weeks update.
