    Agree with you. I actually really prefer benching in the power rack cause it really helps with keeping my form. I slack with keeping my arch and the power rack helps to keeps me honest with that. Actually got my own so I no longer have to worry about people pulling that stuff again.

    And yeah, people really don't seem to grasp the concept of ROM. I've had plenty of times where people will walk right into your ROM path so that you literally have to halt your rep or hit them.
    I love benching in the rack! I flat on the regular bench but decline/incline almost always in the power rack. It's either that or the Smith and I hate smith benching

    They have always tucked tail and ceded the territory. There are at least twenty other BBs in my gym for them to use elsewhere, plus several ez-curl bars, pre-loaded bars, and an assortment or dbs.

    I'm half tempted to ask them right before they start their reps "Oh Please don't tell me you are going to commit the cardinal sin of curling in the squat rack?" and see what their reaction is...but I haven't yet.

    I workout at 5am and this one guy runs straight to the squat rack when the doors open and hogs it for a good 35 minutes while he does his curcuits, makes me cringe!
