It has always bothered me that there is no forum for between teenagers and age 35. So I thought I'd probably put this here.
Lately I've been through some changes. Got involved in some agressivity, became homeless cus' of my mom and lost some "friends". Life showed me the other side, on the other side of the bright side. Anyway, fitness has always been my thing. But last years, I start feelings more and more agressive. Last 6 months, after the things that happened. My fitness went to unnatural levels. After a training I am agressive for hours, sometimes for days. I all the time get reminded by things in my head thinking about fitness, or fighting, I am moody and agressive against people, I'm all the way stuck in my head stressing about all sorts of stuff. You could almost say I'm like an agressive zombie. I notice that it peaks after trainings. And it sometimes worries me, because it seems to make my thirst for agressivity and fighting a lot bigger. It seems to grow even. In an almost out of behavior way. I have a hard time controlling it.
My Q is. What is this, and what should I do about it? It's worrying me to ****, because it's really like making normal socialization hard for me.
