    Is this too much for my abs?

    I want to do some extra leg raises, I usually do leg raises on leg/ab day (wednesdays) but now I'm thinking about doing extra leg raises at the end of monday (chest/tricep day) and friday (Back,Bicep day).

    Will this be too much for my abs?

    Are you adding any weight?
    What does your normal ab routine consist of?
