I want to do some extra leg raises, I usually do leg raises on leg/ab day (wednesdays) but now I'm thinking about doing extra leg raises at the end of monday (chest/tricep day) and friday (Back,Bicep day).
Will this be too much for my abs?

You're not getting any answers because you don't have any information to critique.
How many sets and reps are you doing for these leg raises?
Are you adding any weight?
What does your normal ab routine consist of?On the road to 1250
Train consistently, move iron with purpose, eat well, sleep well and achieve.
