What exactly in the formula is what makes you "grow"? Yeah, sleep is an important "health factor" and Ok we could say "growth factor", for someone with sleep problems it may be useful undoubtedly, but otherwise it would be a waste. I certainly, would not buy it. I have no problems with sleep and "growth" ...
Fuack science! Show me what you can do under the bar. That's where it's at

Will it improve sleep's quality that much to the point that it will actually affect recovery?
I really doubt it. If you really want better sleep, im pretty sure there is some cheap ass sleepd aid supp out there that works. Natty GH and test supplements are such ripoffs, it'll give you the benefits you want to believe.IG: @tuanlifts

I would most likely dose this in the morning on an empty stomach.
I've better results dosing L-Dopa in the morning vs dosing at night. For sleep I would rather just dose GABA + Valerian Root.Krispy Kreme Krew Forever.

Not usually huge on products like this, but as someone who uses ZMA consistently at say 20 bucks a month, i'd gladly spend 10 bucks more to pick this up. But, that's because i have a terrible sleep schedule and anything that can give me deeper sleep when i'm just going to bed at 4-5am... it's well worth the money. Better sleep for me does pay dividends in my daily energy, recovery, and training.
