I don't think its a bad loss or anything at all. It was a GREAT game with both sides making plays down the stretch. Kentucky probably has 6 or so players that will be at least drafted into the NBA. When they play a great game they can beat anybody in the country including winning it all if they play like today. They have been very inconsistent but today they showed what they can do.
I live in Cincinnati. Please do not associate me with Cleveland in sports misc

Wichita may have been overrated but they got screwed in their seeding. They went 35-0 and had to play the preseason #1 in the second round.
IMO how far KY goes will tell the real story about Wichita. KY has the potential it doesn't matter if they were 35-0 or 25-10 coming in if KY manages to put it together at the right time they can live up to the hype. I think there's a chance they can but it might be to late to get it together during tournament time. Teams like Louisville are on a roll and dominating.

Lol OP is such a ****ing stupid troll who thinks he's always right cause he's a moderator of a website.
Kentucky is a very solid team and has a legit shot at going to the final 4 right now, they are getting hot at the right time. Wichita State lost by only 2 points to them, they were far from outclassed. Are we going to completely disregard the fact that Wichita St took out #1 and #2 seeds last year and made the final 4? I guess OP has short term memory loss. Nobody else deserved a #1 seed over them. Plus they got matched in by far the hardest region with potential matchups of Kentucky-Louisville-Michigan to just get to the final 4, so I don't really see why you're so butthurt about them getting a 1 seed.
It was a 2 point game. Kentucky is playing great basketball right now. March Madness games are almost always close. Please learn college basketball OP.

UK has been a bunch of freshmen that played streetball season.
Then in the SEC tourney, they started playing really good basketball.
They took Florida down to the last play of the game. Florida>>>WSU.
UK played really well against KSU.
It's a vastly different team, and they played amazing basketball today.
Even with all their poor regular season moment, UK should have been a 6 seed. Witchita State goes 34-0 and gets the bracket of death.
I don't think they're a historically great team, but today doesn't mean that they weren't really really good.8/20:
