    please post vertical programs e.g VJb for reps

    Currently i have 33 inch vertical at 6'0, and im stuck at that vertical. AIR ALERT is not really working anymore. Im all so getting ready for High jump and i was wondering if there is a link between vertical jump and how high i can jump in HJ

    I just do my own way.. Squats/Deads/lunges.etc.(strength for 1-2 days)

    Then I just do plyos one plus basketball another.. (box jumps,depth jumps.. Just simple ones cuz im trying to build strength first)..

    I gained about 6-7 inches so far.. I have a progress thread too

    I do bodyweight strength routine from VJB finishing phase 3 now gained somewhere 7 inches after I'm done with this will try plyos. and yes don't forget stretching after I started solid stretching routine (which was one week ago stretching everyday) I gained 2-3 inches no BS I am srs as ****
