I do bodyweight strength routine from VJB finishing phase 3 now gained somewhere 7 inches after I'm done with this will try plyos. and yes don't forget stretching after I started solid stretching routine (which was one week ago stretching everyday) I gained 2-3 inches no BS I am srs as ****
