I think Kai looks good, but Farah definitely brought Kai in too big and they missed his conditioning. Something looks off for some reason. The flow isn't there.

You are correct about the flow. Gotta be honest though, I don't really care. That is phenominal muscular development and a glimpse of what could move the muscular development, of a human being, beyond what we have seen in the past.

Aren't those from 2012. He looked better though smaller that year. In 2013, he wasn't nearly as sharp.

The key thing about Kai is that he's super sensitive to last-minute tweaks. He had a mediocre 2011 showing, but straight after that he hit the Sheru and looked fantastic. It's hard to judge how in shape he is when a single gram of carbs causes him to retain fifty oceans of water.

i think 2014 should be interesting, after 2013 he's in no danger of being completely out massed even by guys like wolf and rammy, he just wasn't as shredded, him and farrah know now that they need to recapture the conditioning of 2012, but after last year's crazy size gains when kai go's back to 2012 conditioning he'll still be a whole lot bigger than he was back then

If he was supposedly 300lbs 2 or 3 weeks out, he was going to be off. There is no way around it.

I think he looked MUCH more impressive in 2013. 2013 Kai > 2012 Kai. I'd give up some conditioning for that size all day.

Prime Ronnie sure, Prime Jay he doesn' stack up badly at all. Given that mass was more the flavor of the day back when Ronnie was competing and guys were being rewarded for coming in big as house, but not razor sharp, Kai could have beaten Jay if they competed at the same time back in the early 2000's and came up together. He compares better to Ronnie with his overall seperation and shape, Jay never had that.. The might have went back and forth to be honest, since Jay did have a few VERY good showings, but so has Kai, it'd be a fight for second place for sure. Jay is a bit wider, but Kai is much more seperated overall. Here is a prime Jay (2009) vs a decent Kai Greene.. Jay might be a bit wider, but it's not a whole lot.

He looked much much more muscular, but he won't beat phil without matching his condition. That should have been clear by then.

I keep getting drawn to the abs. maybe oversized, they just seem to pop out too far ?because he carries incredible mass everywhere. Maybe if they didnt protrude out so much that would complete it. otherwise dude is monster

Ronnie had good condition in most his showings...its Jay who came off several times ...so that era(mid 2000s) wasnt particularly bad from the conditioning aspect.
2001/2009 were Jay's best mr Os, would a 2012 Kai beat that?it would be mighty close.Prime shredded Jay was like 265 lb, thats 10 lb above Kai.Thing is the title holder isnt inched out by the judges, we have seen this several times throughout history.
ps. I bet anything Phil doesnt like to pose next to Jay , the width difference is huge.He is like 1/2 foot wider lol

that was kais first olympia, and the mass he gained last year will be enough to beat phil if he gets his 2012 conditioning back while maintaining most of his gained mass, but as of now the only bber in history who has surpassed a 2009 cutler is big ron

Kai was wide this year, he was in some poses possibly wider than Olympia contender Dennis Wo1f.



The difference in width between Heath and Kai was enough to really throw off Heath's proportions. I do not know how the judges did not see this, i think the organisers of the Olympia must have had them to a side on position to the stage so they could not fully see the athletes from the front or rear.
