    best creatine?

    What's a good type of creatine? Im taking beast mode creature and I'm bearly seeing results. Can someone recommend me a good brand/type of creatine?

    What results are you looking for? You won't see much noticeable results with creatine right away.


    Creatine mono is the cheaper option and the most reasearch of them all. Cellucor Creatine mono, Universal, Allmax, ON, or bb.com are all good options.

    Bulk creatine is the way to go.....cheap and effective! Check out Betancourt, Allmax or Universal for creatine.

    That was the first creatine I used because the hodge twins told me to. Just go for a pure bulk form of monohydrate from the brands everyone has already recommended.

    I use allmax. Cheap and works. Creatine is not some magical powder like miracle grow for your muscles. Hitting the gym hard and eating good are the major factors .
