Not necessary, they aid in your results once your training and diet are in place.

Diet is the main thing. Read up in the nutrition section, the stickies will give you all the basics. Supplements aid in reaching your goals but do nothing if you don’t have the basics down.

as everyone stated....NO! your diet and training is going to be the main thing that is going to guide your fat loss.

Now supplements help in some regard by giving you a boost and speeding up the process SLIGHTLY. Not worth the cost IMO

Pre workout is only used for energy while at the gym. I recommend getting started first and getting a couple weeks into your routine before preworkout use. If you ever feel slow or groggy at the gym, possibly look into a preworkout like Jack3D or Nano Vapor for your initial preworkout. Postworkout is important, but not so much in the supplement area for someone just getting started. Make sure to keep your body hydrated and stick to a healthy diet. Good luck, and have fun!

Drink mainly water and lots of it and maintain a caloric deficit as mentioned above. Do not cut calories too low too quick or you will kill your metabolism and see a plateu in weight loss. A nice gradual deficit with exercise is the key to loosing and keeping weight off. Also try different techniques like carb cycling and maybe intermittent fasting if you can do that.

    good luck!

Carb cycling and IF are far from necessary, but I agree with your previous sentiments.

No supplement is truly necessary. That being said, some can be useful for different reasons. It has been largely stated above, diet and routine, along with proper rest will make the biggest difference.

If I were on a mission to lose fat, I'd use an energy supplement. Call it pre-workout, or call it black coffee, I'd be using it. Running a calorie deficit is going to cause an energy and mood drop. An external source of energy like that can help lift you up while dieting.

No you don;t the most important thing is the calorie deficit and meeting your lower macros. Cardio will help increase your calories burned and help as well.

You definitely do not need supplements to lose fat. Diet is going to take care of that first and foremost.

Can a thermogenic help a little bit when you're feeling sluggish or especially hungry? Sure, but I wouldn't rely on it.

All you need to do to lose fat is burn more calories than you consume. Calculate your BMR and TDE, cut 200-600 calories from that, along with adding some cardio in, and the fat will come off. No need for thermogenics or diet pills, most of them are just a gimmick anyway.

They might be effective when you have less than 10% BF, since it will be harder to lose more fat, thats why u might consider taking thermogenics
