    Need to push to the "ONE"derland

    I've been on these forums for a while, and am going to give this a final push after I fell off the wagon a few times.

    Here is the back story
    My name is JC, i'm a 27 year old single father, and have always been a big guy. My entire adult life (after HS) i was between 240-250, until one summer (2011) i jumped up to 283 pounds while working construction (3 fast food meals a day will kill you no matter how hard you work). I was in terrible shape, looked and felt like crap, and my relationship with my daughters mother was on the rocks. that winter i decided to try and get myself in shape. dec 5th 2011 i began eating healthier and working out. by the end of march i was down 47 pounds. end of may another 12, and down to 229 pounds and feeling great. i took the summer off to relax and get my head back on straight. gained a few pounds back and was at around 236 by the end of july. august 1st (my daughters 2nd birthday) i decided to hop back on and start on the grind again. less then a week later, i found my (now ex) gf was planning on breaking up with me, so after a messy break up, i decided to bust my ass and get back on it harder then ever. i dropped all the way down to 206 over the next 9 months, was feeling great, was in the best shape of my life, had women all over me and all was good, until i met my current gf. between a new full time job, being a single dad to a 3 1/2 year old, and a new gf, i didnt have time or patience to put in anymore. i gained weight back...and am currently sitting at 241.2. i've been on and off for the last 2 months, been going to the gym a few times a week and lifting at home when i can, and have been eating very healthy.....2 meals a day. come dinner time, i dont care anymore. that is going to change.

    i have some pics on my bodyspace if you guys want to check it out. i'll be logging her and weighing in weekly (friday). i'm also getting the chance to do my 3rd sponsored log through controlled labs and will be testing the new white flood 2.0 flavor (pineapple), so i'll be working out regularly.

    here is to that final push, i want to hit my goal weight i set for myself almost 3 years ago, 193 pounds. this time i'm not doing it for my gf, i'm not doing it to make a girl jealous, or to get all the poon i can handle, i'm doing this for me and my health, and i'm doing it so my daughter can have a healthy dad who's footsteps she can follow in when it comes to health.


    Starting 3/21
    Goals - 2500 cals/day
    workouts 3x a week (work a physically demanding job, 4 11 hour shifts, will work out a bit at home and gym on off days)
    every 2 weeks, gonna cut cals by 150/day

    Day 1 - 3/21/14 The beginning

    Needing to get back on track, i decided to start off right, gym session and eating mainly healthy.

    Gym - Trying to do a 50/50 split for now, and keeping sessions to 1 hour to start. Today i wound up with 65 total minutes, and according to my polar HRM, i burned 1113 calories. seems like a lot, but i am not used to the supplements, so between the test boosters and pre workouts, along with a caffinated drink, my heart rate was through the roof. Did 35 mins of biceps/triceps/traps and 30 mins of cardio. very sore after the gym, but damn did it feel good to be back

    Diet
    Breakfast - 190 cals
    protein shake

    Lunch - 545 cals
    2 sandwhiches - turkey/provolone on lite white and salami/pepperoni/provolone on lite white. used only a little bit of meat/cheese and no condiments.

    Dinner - 1330 cals
    1 biscuit, 1/2 rotisserie chicken (made it myself, damnnnnnnn good), bacon caesar salad, and some sweet potato fries

    Snacks - 300 cals
    1 weight watchers cheddar cheese stick, 2 small snack bags of popcorn, 1 frozen greek yogurt bar
