Any bros here have any luck with IF? Fat is stubborn to burn off for me, (I'm probably 18-20% right now, and my last strict 3 month cut barely touched that). I train early (6 AM), and wouldn't technically break my fast until 12 PM.

I see people rave about this process. Does it work?

I'm attempting it now. I'm doing pretty much exactly what you've described. It seems to be working overall, but I've had some trouble being consistent with my eating habits (med school probs).

Hey guys, after lurking for 3-4 years I finally joined. I follow the S&P style of dress but I don't know how to wear watches at all and I'd like to finally start wearing them. Not a fan of the leather and cloth straps (yet?) but I really love metal watches (stainless steel? I am unaware of any of this). I don't know what the "good" brands are (not Timex), but I'm checking Google right now. Looked at the links in the first post and the watches are expensive ($2k!!!!!). But should $100 - $800 be what I should be paying for a watch? Anyone have recommendations?

Metal bands, in my opinion, are kind of gaudy. Stick to leather & Cloth (Cloth for casual, leather for everything else).

Get a minimalist watch (White or black face; no stupid frills).

Also, if your budget is <$500, I would not bother getting anything super nice. A decent quartz watch for $50 will be just as good as a entry-level 'designer' watch 99% of the time.
