best supps to speed up recovery/reduce doms/allow you to work out again faster?

    i'm guessing the staples are:

    bcaas
high protein diet with enough daily calories
    fish oil
    inflammation fighting spices/herbs, inc. ginger.
    stretching

    anything else proven?

I'd really like to speed up recovery time.

HICA has helped my recovery greatly. We offer it as a stand alone if you want to check it out op:

I also recommend BCAA drinks such as Universal Atomic 7, or Cellucor Alpha Amino, I enjoy both of those even though very different formulas.

Great options right here. OP, if you are looking for a pre workout that contains some of the list ingredients you could check out BodyForge 2.0. It's a non stim pre workout, that provides awesome pumps and endurance. One of the best highlights of BF 2.0 is the recovery, with ingredients such as LCLT and Hica.

You basically summed it up with the staples. I find that a BCAA instra workout really makes a difference with recovery. Xtend is def one of my favorite supplements. I have used intrabolic too and it was great as well.

    Appreciate the Alpha Amino Support

Cor BCAA may be right up this individuals alley due to 1.5g of HICA per 2 scoops also 4g of CM (for endurance/lactic acid build up) + 3.2g BA for performance.
