    Angry Weight gain help.

Back in december I went insane and started bulking/lifting like crazy..I was 119lbs at 5'10"! Toothpick.Ex relationship had me so despressed I started losing weight.

In a few months I was setting goals and finally hit 142 and I looked good (pic on profile) I was still skinny but i was lean and toned up.After I hit my last goal (142) I stopped lifting and got caught up in life. Now today I weigh 132 and im unhappy.I would be happy around 145-150.

How do I keep my weight steady and gain?
Im a hardgainer no doubt, gaining weight for me is like losing weight for a fat guy.
Can somebody give me some advice on what to eat, when to eat,and any tips at all?

Its not that hard man, you simply need to eat huge. What it sounds like is you need 5000-6000 to gain. Try to keep it a little clean but burgers or pizza or ice cream won't hurt you. Good luck man!

When I was having trouble gaining weight all over and plateaued I actually neglected a little upper body for a while and killed legs 2-3 times a week, adding in just enough upper body work to maintain. This floods your system with LOTS of testosterone and a lot of times (although I'm not accusing you) intermediate lifters don't take legs seriously. This, on top of eating, could seriously spark your gains. Good luck bro time fixes all problems

I didnt take legs too serious but I still did some exercises.Like i said though, mostly i looked up exercises on youtube or on here and did them. The only thing i did with weights was shrugs and curls.I would do sets of 30 push ups,10 or 15 diamond push ups and then finish up with doing clap-ups until i dropped.
