skull crushers:3X10
Wed: Biceps and back
EZ curl:3X10
Hammer curl:3X10
incline inner bicep curl:3X10
Deadlifts:3x10
DB rows:3x10
Fri: legs and shoulders
Squats:3X10
leg extentions:3X10
barbell calf raises:3X10
DB military press:3x10
standing BB Rows:3x10
DB lateral raise:3X10
