    Is this a decent workout routine

    I workout at home, and dont know of many good exercises for my upper back, and am looking for some advice

    Thank you


    Three day Split:

    MON: chest and tri
    Flat bench press: 3X5
    incline bench press:3X5
    Flys: 3X10
    Kickbacks:3X10
    skull crushers:3X10

    Wed: Biceps and back
    EZ curl:3X10
    Hammer curl:3X10
    incline inner bicep curl:3X10
    Deadlifts:3x10
    DB rows:3x10


    Fri: legs and shoulders
    Squats:3X10
    leg extentions:3X10
    barbell calf raises:3X10
    DB military press:3x10
    standing BB Rows:3x10
    DB lateral raise:3X10

    You should start with the upper back compound movements before going into the bicep exercises. Also make sure you include abbs. Remember just keep it simple to start with and the compound movemtents are what will get you the big initial gains good luck.
