Me about 2 years ago. Weight was 260lbs here.
Me today, around 180lbs
Cliffs
-I feel like I won't make it
-Physique is holding me back in life
-Seems like I have the worst fat distribution possible for men
-Afraid that my body will look bad, even if I get down to low bf%, because of loose skin
-Mad at myself for ever getting to 300lbs, but had lots of problem
-22 years old, feeling like I wasted a lot of my life with being fat and trying to get in shape
-Pictures today seem really bad to me, was pretty shocked (chest, midsection, love handles)
-Knew it was was bad, but damn
-Used to be depressed as **** in the process because of my body, got much better now, but seeing this pictures makes me really upset again
-Poverty genetics
-Lower back fat and chest is messing me up mentally, just sticks out so damn hard :/
I know guys, looks like a pity party, it probably is one. But I really needed to get this off my chest. Probably not too wise to choose the misc for this, but I just needed to share this, don't really have anyone I could talk about this to. Is there hope guys? Thinking about opening up a progress log (did this once already, lasted a very short time), maybe some guys would support me there.
Wish you all the best.
P.S. english is not my first language, but trying my best.
//Edit
Wow guys, overwhelmed by all your comments. Thanks a lot for the positivity!
Motivation to continue cutting is back to 100% again, so I just opened a log https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=160835761
Love you guys, yes bromo

Were all going to make it brah! Man you made such great progress. I know you're worried about the skin, but I know your body has to adjust to all the extra loose skin. I think it will get better, but if not surgery later on, not that big of a deal. Be proud of what you've accomplished. Keep ya head up

You lost a ton of weight dude, good job. Being large and then losing it took a toll on your skin but w/e, start a savings account for surgery to get rid of it if it bothers you.
Your body shape is your body shape though. I wish I had a smaller waist and a bigger booty, but you work with the cards you're dealt in life so just work on whatever you think you need to in order to make improvements... but don't go crazy chasing things you can't have.

good job brah, has a very similar transformation, but alot less excess skin
id suggest some skin surgery afterwards to tighten up, or that stuff will always look like that, dont believe *******s saying it is very elastic and will go back to normal form, no it wont, simpe as that i have lived through it
once again good stuff man i know exactly all the hardships you have been through, just keep going hard***Misc Lean Bulk Crew***

The skin will tighten up slightly, adding muscle will fill the skin to a point. May have to get surgery for some excess skin but I would give it a year or two to see what happens. No reason to be depressed, that is a crazy transformation for the positive

don't listen to this guy OP. you're gona make it.... don't start eating in a surplus to 'gain some serious muscle' though. your lower back doesn't look like loose skin at all, but just straight fat. I'd say cut 20 more lbs or more, and then u can see about some skin surgery. don't let it bring you down since you've done all that u could in the last couple years
not really sure how much the skin surgery costs but on the bright side... it looks like you'll only need it for ur chest/hips/lower belly. ur legs/arms are looking great after the fatloss"das id mane." - Sigmund Freud, 1934

why didn't u lift weights while this was going on? ive gone from 180 -> 310 with hypothyroidism (actual disorder not the bs excuse people use) and low T (actual diagnosed low T ..hypogonadism) and now im back down to 265 and look NOTHING like this due to two.5 years of consistent and heavy weight training. No loose skin at all and ive gained over 100 in a year and a half, and lost like 40+ in 3 months.....nothing loose like that, and things are pretty tight coming back down.
cliffs: you should have weight lifted man :'( :'(
