    Exclamation bulking diet

bulking diet ed bulking n lifting properly since like mid jan..
    I started a 3140 calorie bulk
    157 protein
    375 carbslike 80g fats..

So my diet isn't that clean, I usually eat like peanut butter jelly sandwiches porridge eggs tuna chicken breast sweet potato
N chit my mother cooks, usually rice n chicken or whatever..
I usually eat no fruits or vegs, and like 3 times a day.
I suppose I follow a iifym type of diet.
I use my fitnesspal to count like 90% of my foods during the day, so it could come to like 3300 calories
Am I doing this correctly? Im at like 71kg from like 67kg so the scale is moving.

You've calculated your macros & cals? You have your aim?

    What are you asking?

As long as you're hitting your minimum protein / fat /cal requirements, what's the issue?
"Never attempt to train yourself into a caloric deficit. Don't spend hours on the treadmill. Diet comes first, cardio second. The dumbest fat loss strategy ever devised is used by people that wake up early in the morning before going to work to do cardio and follow that up with "recovery shake." Congratulations, you just wasted two hours of your life." Martin Berkhan

****totypes are not real. If you're overweight it's because you eat too much. If you're skinny it's because you don't eat enough.
