So, I've got 3 weeks until my transformation is done. I used a topical fat loss supplement at the end of my last transformation and had reasonable results. I wasn't going to do it again, but I think it'd be a little extra help. Anyway, I decided to stack Eviscerate with Abliderate. I saw some positive comments on the forums about them. I don't have my bottles yet, so I cannot read the label for dosage, but I believe it is suggested that both are used once a day. I've read that you should use Ab first and then Ev a few minutes later when stacking.
My questions-
Can I do two applications a day? I figure I don't need to stretch out the bottle, after 3 weeks I will be less concerned about fast results...
For my morning application, on days that I run first thing, should I apply before the run (which I figure would help burn mobilized fat), or do it after my shower, which is after my run? Seems like a catch 22... I figure before the run is beneficial, but then I might rinse it off in the shower.
I appreciate your help.

I've heard AA in the evening is good to control the overnight cortisol raises.
I also remember reading that the product(s) should have about a 12hr window of effectiveness, which is why I figured two applications 12 hours apart would work best.Life is like a roller coaster. There are ups and downs. Time to start climbing again!

Anyone have any hand washing advice or experience with Eviscerate? Though I may touch myself and reap the pain of stupidity... I just don't want to burn my 1yo boy... After applying I have been washing my hands twice and making sure I wear a shirt or something to cover up the area.

Honestly I've found abliderate to work better than eviscerate for non visceral fat as well, the cortisol control is a bonus. I believe cooper had a similar theory. I would use abliderate both pre bed and pre workout, and eviscerate in the morning if there aren't going to be 2 abliderate applications that say. If you are bulking or at homeostasis it will just redistribute your fat though
