Yes, can't wait! You?? I just got back from CA recently-- it was so gorgeous. Surprisingly it was cooler there than in NY--very low 70s the whole time.

The weather in San Diego is always pretty nice. Cool pics, LB. I can see Coronado Bridge. Did you get to spend some time there? The beach is great and so is the little town.

Wow awesome pic! We were at a resort for a majority of the time so didn't get to check out the beaches, but I did get to see the USS Midway Museum which was really cool. Would have liked to stay longer!

Actually I generally prefer thighs but chicken breasts are generally easier to fit into cutting macros (which is what I should be really doing now but am watching that too closely). But I will probably buy what sounds good at the time, or if something is a tremendously good deal I buy that. Occasionally I can get boneless skinless breasts for under $2 a pound, and that's hard to pass up unless I am really sick of chicken breasts.

In any case, I challenge you to hike more miles in your entire wilderness excursion than CSB on a Wednesday. A 4.5 mile walk at the crack of dawn (I'd walk before the crack of dawn but there are homeless people sleeping here and there) and a ~six mile hike after work.

In case you didn't notice, my Fitbit agrees with my mom: I'm a champ.



What's kinda sad is I have to spend three hours plus walking/hiking to get serp's Playstation-all-day level TDEE. SRS.

Desolation Wilderness is a huge area. Echo Lakes was just one section and boring. This trip is going up the summit of Mount Tallac. You win though. Out and back is less than 10 miles.

You have an unfair advantage though. You've been doing long hikes much longer than I have and you have 9 inches on me. In height!!!!!

You should! Generally about 20 cents cheaper then he norm in my areas, and since it costs me about 15.5 gallons to fill up, i save about 3 bucks per trip. And i get gas about every 5 days, so yes It does matter.
