Yup, it's pretty dead during the night (morning for me) and usually just barb around. Then you get the good morning posts when people wake up and it's on a roll after that then it dies a bit towards the evening (guess after work) until late evening

that's the trend I've noticed, and enjoy.
and that's exactly how it goes for me. Don't post after work until I'm about to go to bed.

I started PSMF on Monday. Doing it by the book, dropped training to twice per week but might go back to 3x (Lyle's max recommendation) depending on recovery in a couple weeks.
I'm no stranger to low carb dieting, so I think I should be able to go the full 6 weeks as a category 2.
Will post a write up when I'm done with the full protocol including the 2 weeks at the end.

"SWAT" tryouts coming up in 2.5 weeks. Primary reason I've been gone lately. Training hard. Tested my minimum requirements the other day:

1.5 miles in 8:28
65 pushups continuous
53 situps in a minute
21 pull-ups, lockout and chin over bar
255 bench (haven't benched in months)


But srs. 8:28 for 1.5 miles? I was hoping I could get close to 9:00. Last time I went to tryouts I was at 9:34. Within 30 seconds of stopping my body quit and I got a cold. Ridiculous.

@ Znik, the cookies were amazing! Everyone in my fam loved them, especially my mom and my man. We all appreciate you taking the time out to make them and get them out to us! They were gone in two days lol.

Gaiz, not only did Znik send us cookies, but he sent Hershey dog cookies / toys too and had Barb wrap his stuff up so that the kids could unwrap his gift. I'm shocked and flattered by the thoughtfulness!

Tried to catch the delt veins, you can kinda see em. Probably would have been better if I managed to get a tan during the summer instead of reflecting lighting like snow.




And some abs at 221 and super bloated, probably can't complain but I want the dryness back, ah well only like 8 months until that.

It looks like you took the picture while falling. lol

Abs looking pretty symmetrical on you as well, my friend. I only have one vein in my delt , the one that comes in from the bicep.

Yeah abs are fairly symmetrical, but one thing I have noticed is that if I am not conscious about it I tend to stand crooked making em asymmetrical, must be some form of posture issue,muscular imbalance or extremely mild scoliosis.

Veins are fun, on good pump and dry days you can track most of my vein from hand to neck across chest etc.

The minimums are just designed to keep people away who really shouldn't even be cops. If all you can do are the minimums you'll be gone home halfway through the first day.

Had a YZ100 for years as teen, rode that a lot in the Nevada desert. Rode an XT350 a lot around socal. Pops had a virago, and a suzuki 1985 gsx-r 750.

Regrets I never got to ride the gsx, mercedes did a left in front of it. Such a beautiful motorcycle. That blue and white.

8:28 is insanely fast... But imo 10 mins for 1.5 miles should be pretty typical of anyone who considers themselves even remotely fit. It's not hard.
