I feel for ya. Doesn't matter how baggy his gym pants / shorts are, thighs are shoving everything forward. He said it's better if he wears compression shorts at least.
LOL
Pretty much
Oh, and great job on the 7 lbs lost
I hear ya on finding fights in bars. Ended up embracing UFC and happy that it's so much easier to find those fights. Sometimes I think boxing is a dying sport in 'Murica :/Last edited by missladyj; 09-14-2014 at 11:05 PM.

My dad was a big boxing fan back in the day so I used to watch them with him growing up. I actually still would enjoy them if their were still good fights to watch. Im going to check out that fight youve been talking about.
Also there is two places I go for ufc fights when I go but I also have a great source if I dont want to go out that day to see the fights. I just signed up to the wwe network the other day after a ton of years of being away also. Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

its either packed full or in an hiv infested area.I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

MissLadyJ is killing it in this thread. Srs lols.
Kuresu that burger looks awesome, especially the cheese explosion.
Also, why are men's dress shoes such cheap pieces of crap? I have some nicer pairs (Cole Haan, Johnston & Murphy... Etc) and cheaper ones like the Macy's brand Alfani (which sounds like a microwaveable pasta dish). And the only consistent element is how quickly they fall apart or get holes in the soles. Maybe this is just a fat dude problem, but I'm thinking that I am solely keeping the local shoe cobbler in business with getting resoles on the reg.7/09/14 - 250 lbs

2 dollars well spent. They were actually pretty good.
And this is why I love flexible dieting

I think I'm allergic to protein powder.
Get rashes and ish when I take it regularly (as in once a day).

But I'm not lactose intolerant. TBH, I have no clue on supplements. I walked into a nutrition shop and said - "I need a low carb protein shake." Dude gave me Prozein. 150 cals, 34 g protein, 0 carb, 1-2g fat.
He also gave me Guggul Extract after hearing my 2+ years of dieting woes. That thing sent me into an itch-fest of peace.

Try a different brand of protein, or as Matt said a different type.
Guggul sounds fun:
It can cause side effects such as stomach upset, headaches, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, diarrhea, belching, and hiccups. Guggul can also cause allergic reactions such as rash and itching. Guggul can also cause skin rash and itching that is not related to allergy. These adverse reactions are more common with higher doses, such as 6000 mg per day.My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

Cap, pls dun go. <3
It is a bit OTT when you lay it all out like that. I guess I have lots to say after the weekend and I hate multiple posts in a row.
If I don't multiquote I'd forget what I wanted to respond to srs.
Cheers. 7 down and I'm hoping I can drop another 15 before I finish.
I'll be happy with 2lbs of real fat loss per week, which is what the cals I'm averaging suggest I should be able to achieve - we'll see!
Corn and carrots for me. Love those motherf*ckers.
On the cob only, anything else isn't really corn but a corn substitute of some form made to look like corn.
That sounds yucky.
The parts of her we can see suggest something similar to me. MLJ I filtered again!
Maybe a slight over exaggeration but the message is so true.
See kure agrees too.Lift heavy things, eat according to your goals.

Destroyed another 2 hour cardio session today (3 days in a row) and ate 1790 calories all is good. Now its time to coast a little easier for a much needed break.
