i posted this in the big fat to fit thread about a week ago. i meant to post it in here as well.
"Many Kids Who Are Obese Or Overweight Don't Know It"
http://www.npr.org/blogs/health/2014...t-dont-know-it
"Among children and teens who were actually designated by the CDC as overweight — or between the 85th and 95th percentiles on the CDC's growth chart — 76 percent thought they were "about right"; about 23 percent said they were overweight. Among obese kids and teens (those in the 95th percentile and higher on the chart), roughly 42 percent thought they were OK weightwise, while 57 percent thought they were in the "overweight" category. Boys, younger kids and children from poorer families were more likely to misperceive their status."
"...knowing your weight status [is linked] to trying to change behaviors... Children who don't have a correct perception of their weight don't take steps to lose weight."
and so it begins

Can't really expect kids/teens to have a realistic view when most of the other kids are overweight. The worrying fact is that it's similar results for parents, they simply do not realize their kids are overweight because they look "normal" compared to other kids and thus no steps are taken to reduce the weight.
Overweight/obese parents tend to raise overweight/obese kids and turns into a never ending cycle as more and more are becoming overweight.
Probably in a few generations there will be horror stories about this weird breed of skinny humans who would eat unprocessed food and raw vegetables without cheese n stuff on it!My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

I'm sure the town will have some stuff we can do there, gotta check but I'm not going to pay for cab rides there every day. Hopefully the rain is one of those 2 hour events daily. I can deal with that.
........is something no one has ever said about Biggo.

“Smaller” may not be the appropriate word. If you’re tightening core muscles when lifting; then, pelvic muscles prolly get a little action too. You posted something about women having orgasms while lifting a few months ago…
I get the same rainy forecasts when I check, but the weather always ends up actually being beautiful. Every time.
Nah, I won’t worry about it until she suddenly cuts off all her hair and starts drawing cat eyes with her eyeliner.
Although, I kinda got myself into a little sitch yesterday… Developing story
Mind = blown. I was picturing you running up Rainier every other weekend.
I’ll always be cuter.

I dropped a grand on a new guitar. Relatively cheap considering only like what, one percent of the wood in the world is actually usable to make a musical instrument?
Nonetheless it produces a marvelous sound. Fell in love immediately. Went the next day to inspect it closer and bought it.
It was hand made in Spain by the Manuel Rodriguez and sons shop. Solid cedar top, Indian rosewood sides and back, ebony fingerboard and gold plated tuners.

So much sexual tension.
Smaller was probably the wrong word, shallower would be a better fit. So if the women become shallower and the men larger when the fat pad goes you could potentially encounter a problem.
Unless you already had that problem before you lost the weightMy story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

Lol. I always joke around that the guitar practically pays for itself once I Jon a mariachi band.
Funny thing is though even though there are a lot of poor musicians, there's always lots of work for mariachi.
My repertoire is very limited right now. I'm barely learning a few Spanish songs. So far only Italian.
I wanna learn a bit of flamenco which is pretty much mariachi plus classical mixed togetherI used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

Hello oz.
Ejnar, I've seen topo many Antonio banderas movies. I've secretly fantasized being a foil time mariachi members and banging hot sloots. Latinas still dig the mariachi outfit.

Yea, I saw the ******** pics. Honestly, I am surprised they made it...must have been very difficult. That is great that one of them really took to it! At least she knows doing other trails with you would be in the far future...who knows, maybe you inspired her to begin a transformation!
What in da actual fuk? Never heard of this. My man and I were both fat...only difference now is our stomachs don't rub together o.O
