I'm around 205 right now and according to my body fat need to be 170 to be 10%. Since PSMF will destroy my glycogen stores more realistically 160 pounds, so when I carb up again I shoot to 170-175 and I'm at my goal.
So basically I need to lose 45 pounds, or 30-35 pounds of fat. 105,000 calories - 122,500 calories, or a deficit of 1,400 - 1,633 per day to reach that goal in 75 days.
Also I'm pretty sure it's not a good idea to run PSMF for 75 days, but I don't exactly have to worry about destruction of my hormonal systems. Just nutrient/micro needs.
I most likely won't be able to do it because of extreme hunger or getting dizzy/stupid, but at least 3 weeks. I don't think will power will be a problem though this time around, just actual physical effects stopping me.

I found a place that sells integral rice(brown rice) around here and although it's expensive as hell, I'll jump on it, it makes me feel full so it should help during the 2nd cut which I've been avoiding for months now. What are your favorite recipes to cook it? Simple recipes please. I just did rice+pieces of chicken breast+some veggies. Kind of good.

There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

thanks, i do db rows like a hand outside of shoulder pull up. Tired of going to the gym and the "trainers" there are having people doing crunches inside the power rack or groups of people squatting 135 and taking turns -__- need to fix the solution permanently
thanks, really appreciate the links, id have to get the smaller size curl bar to do those rows, have small hands lol

I hate rows!
I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

Flied lice
I rarely eat rice these days, but I felt like having some for dinner tonight. I made a spicy teriyaki chicken and pineapple fried rice: coconut oil, onions, carrots, pineapple (plus a little juice), broccoli, asparagus, leftover grilled teriyaki chicken, eggs, rice, soy sauce, seasonings to taste, a little sweetener, fresh chopped green onions at the end, peanuts, and a heavy sprinkling of red pepper flakes. It was my first time making it. It came out not very pretty, but it tasted great. Done from start to finish in less than 20 minutes.

Rice is THE main course in every meal. Everything else is a side dish. Lol. It wasn't the rice that made me fat though. The rice was probably the healthiest thing on my plate. It was all the other crap I ate.
I stopped eating rice regularly about 18 months ago. I only eat it with sushi now or if we have (non dim sum) Chinese food.
Nope. FilipinaLast edited by barbrox; 04-26-2014 at 09:40 PM.

That's racist.......oh wait. Never mind.
Maybe someone can give me some suggestions: I need a car. I've been driving the stupid Cobalt for 1 month now and I don't like it at all. Going to go with something simple within the 18k-23k range. It doesn't have to be 2014, I don't really care about that. I'm not going to get the car I really want so I'm not overly excited, I just don't like what I'm driving now. It has to go.
Any suggestions?
Also, on a brighter note, got a PM from AY saying he didn't care that I negged him the other day. Kind of ironic.

I jogged a mile today and didn't die. I am shocked and happy. Hoping to push it up to 2 miles by 2 weeks from now. I have hope that I'll slowly get my stamina back to where it was.

I thought about getting another Hyundai but I thought maybe that might be weird. It's probably not though. I have driven the new car and it drives really nice and is comfortable but the one she has is above the price range I'm looking at. I don't really have to many desired specs I'm looking for except that obviously I like the look of it, good on gas, that you don't feel every rock you run over. I would like a 6 cylinder. Driving a 4 cylinder now is totally different but I don't see a V6 happening for what I'm willing to spend. As far as leather seats, sunroof, fancy radio and all, that doesn't matter right now. All those perks are not worth the extra money at this moment.
If I had all realistic options open to me right now and could choose what I want it would be:
Cadillac CTS-V
Cadillac ATS
Volvo S80
I thought about Chevy but I didn't put to much thought into it. Maybe I should at least see what options they have.
